Shipping policy

Product orders must be placed by Users aged 18 (eighteen) or over (individuals under this age must have authorisation from their representatives). The elements and information transmitted by the User shall enjoy full legal effect, recognising the User's electronic purchases, and the User may not allege the lack of signature for failure to comply with the obligations assumed. 

1. Shipping costs

  • We offer free shipping to:

    • Portugal and Spain: with minimum order value of 85€

    • Other countries Europe: with minimum order value of 130€

    • Other countries Worldwide: with minimum order value of 180€

  • We offer flat-rate shipping to:

    • Portugal: 2.10€ - 3.90€

    • Spain:  2.90€ - 4,90€

    • Other countries Europe: 5.90€ - 9.90€

    • Other countries Worldwide: 8.90€ - 14.90€

the User is responsible for any damage suffered by the goods during return shipping. We therefore strongly recommend that the User send the products well packed, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.

Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

2. Delivery times

Bélmuso Swimwear will ship the product(s) ordered from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm, except on public holidays.

Orders have an approximate delivery time for Portugal, at the address indicated by the User when placing the order, of 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. Spain has an approximate delivery time of 3-5 working days. The rest of the zones have a delivery time of 7-15 working days.

Bélmuso Swimwear's ability to respond within these deadlines depends, however, on the availability of stock and cannot be guaranteed during periods of promotions, sales and the Christmas season.

Upon delivery, the User should inspect the package for possible damage. If the User finds that the products are damaged the User should not accept delivery of the package and it will be returned. The User should report this, with photos or video, to contact@belmusoswimwear.com and if the User agrees, Bélmuso Swimwear will reship the package at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the total amount paid for the order will be refunded.

If the User notice that an item is missing, or if an item is exchanged, please contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt of the material via email to contact@belmusoswimwear.com 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect and/or incomplete address. If the User decides to change the shipping address, please write to us at contact@belmusoswimwear.com as soon as the User places the order.

If the transport company informs us about delayed delivery, we will inform the User and continue to track the order. The User can cancel the order if the delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to the User.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place upon signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
